Contrast Therapy is the combination of our Infrared Sauna Therapy and Cold Plunge Therapy. The concept of submerging the body and alternating between exposure to more extreme hot and cold temperatures is used to lessen muscle fatigue and decrease pain and swelling.

Contrast Therapy is more popular among athletes recovering from injury; however, those who suffer from chronic pain, fatigue, arthritis, or inflammatory-related conditions like fibromyalgia can experience temporary relief.
